Anti-Wrinkle injections, more commonly known as BOTOX, are used to help relax the muscles in your face, which helps smooth out fine lines and wrinkles for a more younger rejuvenated look. Areas commonly treated include frown lines, worry lines and crows feet. Anti-wrinkle injections comprise of a naturally occurring protein, Botulinum Toxin. This protein blocks transmission of chemical messages from the nerve which causes muscle contractions, preventing lines forming. Results can start to be seen after three or four days and can last up to eight to twelve weeks.
They can also be used to help treat Bruxism (Teeth Grinding) , Hyperhidrosis and Gummy Smile.
